Over the past 15 years, I have successfully transitioned into aviation, specializing in the development and management of helicopter operations. My ventures in property development and construction have further expanded my portfolio, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a strategic vision that delivers results. Drawing on a wealth of international experience, I thrive on turning challenges into opportunities and forging pathways for success. Aircraft Engineering Manager
With over 45 years of experience in Aircraft Engineering, Hossein Seylani has held key leadership positions such as Chief Engineer, Engineering Manager, Engineering Director, and Continuing Airworthiness Manager. He has a proven track record of ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence in aviation maintenance and airworthiness management.
Certifications:
- CAA Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (since December 1982)
- FAA A&P Engineer with Inspection Authorization (IA) Certification Privileges (since August 1992)

Comprehensive experience working on large, medium, and small helicopters, including various models from:

A Chartered Accountant, with nearly two decades of experience in the financial industry, Antoine brings deep expertise, strategic vision, and a consultative approach to managing high-profile initiatives.
His extensive background in financial management includes handling a diverse portfolio of international clients across multiple industries, gaining valuable insights into business dynamics and market trends, including the aviation sector.
His global perspective and strong network enable him to navigate complex financial landscapes, driving significant growth and success for his clients and enterprises.

Alan Saunders
Spares Manager
With over 18 years of experience in the aviation industry, Alan has built a diverse career spanning logistics, engineering support, quality, compliance and operational management.
Beginning as a Spares Inspector, he quickly developed his expertise and progressed into training and mentoring staff, helping inspectors achieve their certification and authorisation.
Alan’s career then took him to Hong Kong, where he played a key role in establishing and managing a new warehouse operation. This involved coordinating aircraft spares from around the world for distribution through Singapore and supporting the launch of an online aircraft spares platform.
He later progressed into managing stores, logistics and engineering teams for a civil airline, gaining extensive operational and leadership experience across multiple business functions.
Recognised for his expertise and attention to detail, Alan was recommended to work within Quality and Compliance, ensuring that organisations consistently met the stringent regulatory requirements of the CAA, FAA, EASA and IAA.
He has also worked with organisations holding ISO 9001 and AS9100D certifications, as well as Part 145 and Part 21G approvals. In these roles, he supported the implementation and continual improvement of management systems across a range of aviation organisations.
Through nearly two decades in aviation, Alan has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry, combining practical operational experience with in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality management, logistics and engineering support. His broad expertise enables him to support organisations in maintaining high standards, improving operational performance and meeting complex regulatory requirements.

Simon supports the development and management of the company’s digital infrastructure and operational systems. A Chartered IT Professional, he has worked across a range of sectors including construction, transport, healthcare, aviation, and finance, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the role of IT and Systems Manager.
His work focuses on developing bespoke systems to solve practical business challenges, including process automation, data-driven decision support, and the application of AI and computational intelligence to improve operational efficiency.
